1. Features of wood cnc router:
1) Spindle: Adopt Italy HSD Air cooling 9.0KW ATC spindle, with 24000RPM speed and high
quality, can change the tools automatically.
2) Inverter: 11.0KW Fulling Inverter, can control the spindle speed directly, and with high accuracy speed governing and good stability.
3) Motor & Driver: Imported YASKAWA servo motor and driver, stable and with encoder to
ensure its accuracy.
4) Intelligent ATC System, with 12 tool forks, can change 12 pieces cutting tools automatic,
save much more time, improve working efficiency.
5) Guide Rail:Taiwan PMI rail, self-lubricating sliding block. It ensures equal force in all directions and accuracy and strength of the machine.
6) Rack: Using Helical rack and pinion transmission, it has higher accuracy.
7) Control system:SYNTEC control system, with large full color LCD screen and optimization
operation panel, can control the machine easily.
